Winter 2026:

For my second song, the poem came first, the melody followed the words second, the beats third, and the integration forth.

The theme of my second song is expressing both self love and love for all else. A few lines could be placeholders for adjustments to fully express the theme message.

I do note the time ( minutes : seconds ) to save placement when writing, plus it’s helpful for the lyrics video, etc.

Write the verse everywhere and pick up again at the transitions of the chorus and finished verses.
– open to line arrangements, accommodate word changes.

I realized to line up words and notes when writing, and to prepare for high and long tones when vocal. I hear where I could be creative and improve, to be aligned with beats when vocal. I’m glad I referred back to the printed song to finalize my memorization.
