Emotional Equilibrium.

It is difficult to be happy all the time in life.
When you feel down, do not ask yourself, “What is wrong with me?”
Instead, ask yourself, “Why am I feeling this way?”

Finding out ‘Why’ will help you understand whenever it’s confusing.
Knowing your negative feelings is the first step in U-turning, or not.

Negative feelings are not to be understated, repressed, ashamed, outcasted, or hidden away. They are a part of our human experience; like love, joy, and other positive emotions, negative emotions were given to us to be their own.

Like all feelings, they deserve our attention, support, and care.
These negative feelings are an awareness of the other side of ourselves, to tell us something, and to strengthen our authenticity and resilience.

It feels fine when we can troubleshoot negative feelings back to positive ways.
You should be relentless in keeping optimism because there are only two options: optimism or pessimism.

Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Be aware to change our own negative attitude.
